Sarah Findlay

Managing some of the first and largest Contact Centres in the country she learnt her management skills, came up close and personal with HR issues of a wide ranging nature, and learnt the importance of quality recruitment and training processes.

She’s widely regarded as a consummate professional in everything she does. She has an eye for detail, has a pragmatic approach to delivering objectives, and has a thoughtful, inclusive management style. In recent years her strong communication skills have been utilised in delivering training programmes, running NVQ assessments, developing new business and managing key accounts. Working with small developing businesses plays to her strengths and she is passionate about the Oxen Park vision to develop the HR function.

Sarah’s never happier than when she’s running with her cocker spaniel – combining her two loves of keeping fit and looking after her dog.  Welcome distraction from work and teenagers!
