We have created a business where we can work together and with likeminded HR Leaders from across Europe to build a networking organisation which allows full and frank discussion on subjects that matter to the members.

With encouragement from them we since developed a Consultancy offer, undertake Research and design and deliver Development programmes. The common theme throughout all this activity is our passion for sharing good ideas and helping our clients improve their own and their team’s ability to support their businesses. Our only clients are HR leaders.

We believe that the relationship with our clients is part of our success and we work collaboratively with them to make them successful too. Building trust with our clients is central to our philosophy as is being authentic in our dealings with them.

We are happy to spend time at our cost with potential clients to really understand the issues they need help with and to ensure they are confident we can actually help them before we start charging fees.

We have a combined ‘little black book’ to die for and can always call on someone to either help us, help a client or both!
