Oxen Park was created in 2006 by Geoff with Ivan and Rick (now both retired) – three vastly experienced business and HR leaders who have known each other for nearly 20 years. The business is named after the small hamlet in the Lake District where they turned an idea into a business plan. Tom joined our team in 2017, followed by both of our Claire’s in 2018 and Rebecca in 2019. Our team is completed by and complimented by Dani who helps look after our clients and resources.
We have all had varied careers in organisations of different sizes and sectors; we have each been successful and struggled in equal measure but above all we have learned lots including sticking to our values and our principles; it is these that guide us now.
